Sheldon was there every step of the way from curating the menu, setup of the event space and serving of the food. The food was on point and the team was able satisfy everyone's pallet. Chef Sheldon catered my celebration and he was phenomenal. The salmon display with the snappers hanging was a presentation I’d never seen before — absolutely stunning and my guests couldn’t stop talking about it.. The dessert spread was just as impressive. The food was scrumptious, perfectly seasoned, beautifully plated, and served on time with excellence. Professional, reliable, and attentive from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I attended an event catered by Alpha Katering last weekend and was really impressed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Especially the Salmon!!!! There was a great variety, and everything I tried was delicious. You could also tell the staff was organized and professional. The service flowed smoothly, and everything stayed well-stocked throughout the event. Overall, it definitely added to a great experience.
