Known for his creativity and precision, Sheldon brings years of professional kitchen experience to every menu he designs — from intimate weddings to large-scale corporate events.
A graduate of Humber College’s Culinary Arts program, Sheldon has built his career by combining classic techniques with modern flair. In his roles as Sous Chef at Pusateri’s Fine Foods and The Rosewater Supper Club, he developed an approach centered on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, innovative flavor pairings, and refined presentation. His goal is to ensure every event is both memorable and delicious.
As Executive Chef, Sheldon oversees every aspect of the culinary experience at Alpha Katering — from menu development and kitchen leadership to hands-on execution at events. His mission is simple: to create food that not only satisfies but also brings people together in celebration.

As Catering & Sales Manager at Alpha Katering, Alan Paul combines a passion for hospitality with a talent for building long-term client relationships. With over 25 years of experience in food, sales, and event coordination, Alan ensures every client’s vision is clearly understood, carefully planned, and executed with precision.
From the first inquiry to the final toast, Alan guides clients through the catering process — customizing menus, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless communication. His approachable style, attention to detail, and commitment to quality make him a trusted partner for weddings, corporate functions, and special events of every size.

Having honed his craft aboard luxury cruise ships and in renowned hotels across Europe and the Caribbean, Gregory developed a versatile style that blends international flavors with refined technique.
